12 Week Body Transformation Program
1. Fill a counseling sheet. Body measurements and photos will be taken.
2. Report daily meals for a week with the meal photos.
3. We will calculate your approximate total calorie intake and set your suitable daily calorie intake and amount of exercise during the program considering the balance of basal metabolism and calorie consumption.

4. The program starts. We will provide a plan suited individually for you:
e.g.
4 days of 30-60 min cardio exercise & 3 days of 30 min muscle training set /a week
For dinner eat mostly vegetables and a little meat. Avoid sweet food and carbohydrates.
5. Measure your body monthly during the program.

The counseling during this program is basically free, but the lesson participation charge will cost.
