It’s been about 24 years since I became a fitness group exercise instructor, teaching Aerobics, Step, Kids Hip Hop and ZUMBA. I moved to the Gold Coast in 2011 and established SWAN FITNESS in 2013.

I’m so happy that I can run the lessons again now that I’m here in Australia and have opportunities to meet various people in Australia as well.

I was able to win in the women’s legging fitness under 163 cm category at the Muscle Gate Gunma competition held in Japan on August 16, 2025.

That year, I challenged myself to participate in the bikini category for the first time.
