Today’s Kid’s Hip Hop Beginners class got a new friend.
Firstly she looked shy, but she danced smiling in the second half of the class 🙂
We are practicing some tracks for our dance recital coming on the 22nd of November 2015.
All kids are practicing eagerly for their performances.

In today’s Freestyle Dance Beginners lesson, we did a new choreography with a new track.
We danced 2 types of dances: Girls Hip Hop and Lock.

It will be my 3rd time to hold a ZUMBA® lesson for Halloween since I started ZUMBA® lessons on the Gold Coast.
I really appreciate everything surrounding me whenever I am going to go through some season events like Halloween and Christmas etc.
They remind me of what I was doing and how I felt then.
Then I hope to hold those events next year too.
It is thanks to everyone that I was able to come this far.
Thinking about those sort of things, I will run a ZUMBA® lesson for Halloween on Saturday the 31st of Oct with 2 other instructors, Teiko and Natsuko.

Yesterday was our first ZUMBA® lesson day at Helensvale Library and Culture Centre.
We are mainly running our lessons at Southport Community Centre, so starting at Helensvale is our big challenge recently.
Despite our worries, many people came.

Actually it is a new stage for my assistants for Kid’s Hip Hop lessons, Teiko and Natsuko as well.
This was their first time to instruct some tracks not only one.

Lesson name: Jazz Hip Hop
Date & Time: Monday 18:00-18:45 (45 min)
Venue: Southport Community Centre, Performing Arts Room 2
Address: 6 Lawson St. Southport QLD 4215
Lesson charge: $64 (8 lessons – 1 time term payment)
★ We have no trial lessons, but we will give you 2 lessons for the price of 1.
★ In case of participation after the term starts, the lesson charge will be $10 per lesson.
★ We are sorry, but the discount for students/ working holiday people will finish on the 16th of November 2015 .
★ If you miss 1 Jazz Hip Hop lesson, you can transfer it to 1 Freestyle Dance Beginners (Friday 17:00-17:45).
★ Sorry, no refunds after the 25th of January.

We have been mainly running our lessons at Southport Community Centre.
It is our first challenge to start at the new area, Helensvale.
But Helensvale Library and Culture Centre is actually a familiar place for me.
Because I used to join Japanese Dancing Mai (Yosakoi GC Yoisho) there before.
Their lessons are always held from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the same date and place.

All SWAN FITNESS members (Swan Elites, some Jazz Hip Hop members, some Freestyle Dance members, and SWAN FITNESS Performance Crew) have started practicing for Gold Coast Multicultural Festival coming on the 1st of Nov 2015.

The school holidays started again, didn’t they?
I understand your feeling cause I have a son who is at his school age,
I didn’t know what I should do with my son during the school holidays.
In my country, there are so many school holidays compared with Australia.
Why don’t you enjoy our ZUMBA lessons with your kids?
We are running ZUMBA lessons during the school holidays too.
Kids can join the class for $3 (regardless of lesson length: 45 min or 60 min).
We are sorry, but we have no childminding.
