Q. I haven’t exercised much until now, is that okay?
A. The SWAN FITNESS 30 Day Challenge can be adjusted to match the individual fitness levels and conditions of our clients. Even if you are completely unaccustomed to exercise or have not been active for a while, you can participate with peace of mind. However, stretching before and after exercises is essential.
Q. I’m afraid I won’t be able to find time to exercise because I’m busy every day…
A. If you can carve out two hours for yourself in a day, it’s not a problem. It doesn’t have to be a continuous two hours; for example, one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening is perfectly fine.
Q. Will I have to exercise every day for 30 days?
A. You will have a day off every 4 days, so there will be 7 days off in the 30 days.
Q. Do I have to follow the exercise calendar exactly? There are days I really can’t find the time…
A. Everyone’s individual schedules are different, and we believe inconvenient days will inevitably arise, so feel free to swap days with obligations and off days.
Q. Due to circumstances, I have to discontinue the program halfway through. Can I postpone to the next time?
A. Yes. If the cancellation occurs within 15 days of the program’s start, you may carry it over to the next time. You can only carry it over once.
