Globe Health Club Southport has a membership system, but you can visit for one lesson ($15 per day). Of course membership is much cheaper than 1 day visit

Time just flew. I can’t believe that 45 min passed so quickly.

Halloween is coming up!!

Here are some new Halloween tracks and choreography for my ZUMBA lessons.

This is my 4th ZUMBA W-UP track mixed and choreographed by myself😉✨

We hold Happy Halloween ZUMBA® every year, which is a party doing ZUMBA® with costumes or something to do with Halloween. It was on the 26th of October this year.

This was the 5^th time we had done so since 2015.

This year’s theme was Star Wars.

 

Natsuko is on our left, Stormtrooper, and I’m on our right, Darth Vader.

It was successful🎃✨

The last lesson at Southport Community Centre for 2019 will be on Saturday the 14^th of December.

We are planning to have Merry ZUMBA® Christmas on the day.
