Boot Camp 7:15-8:15 am

ZUMBA 9:00-10:00 am

Lesson charges → Lesson charge & 10 pass tickets

Punching tickets for ZUMBA has been done before the lesson so far, but it will be done after the lesson from March because there’s no gap between lessons.

QR code check-ins are no longer required from the 8th of February.

We’re gonna move to a bigger space!

Our ZUMBA lesson is going to move from room PA2 to the main hall from Saturday the 5th of September.

ZUMBA with Mayumi @ Southport Cummunity Centre, Main Hall

Saturday 9:00-10:00 am

The capacity is also going to change from 17 to 64 (including instructors) on a temporary basis whilst the current COVID-19 restrictions are in place.

Therefore, we’ve changed our reservation rules as well as follows:

✔Reservations can only be made 1 week in advance.

✔ Please write down your name on the reservation list on the table in the hall after entering first if you want to book for next Saturday.

✔Please write down your child’s name as well if you want to bring her/him.

✔Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

The lessons will be run at the hall until the end of this year except for the 24th of October and the 31st of October (as the hall is already booked by another hirer).

The lessons on the 2 days above will be run at PA2 and the capacity is 17 including instructors.

We are also running Boot Camp before the ZUMBA lesson every Saturdays at 7:45-8:30 am.

Reservations are necessary for this lesson as well.

Thank you for all your usual support and patience during the COVID-19 restrictions.

As has been decided, 17 people including instructors are acceptable at Southport Community Centre, PA2 at the moment.

Recently the lessons are fully booked.

As a consideration, we’ve decided some new rules about the reservations to make it fair for everyone as follows:

✔ Reservations can only be made 1 week in advance.

✔ Please write down your name on the reservation list on the table in room PA2 after entering first if you want to book for next Saturday.

✔ Please write down your child’s name as well if you want to bring her/him. A maximum of 2 children can be in the lesson room (2 mothers can bring 1 child each).

✔ Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

For those who couldn’t join a lesson, but want to book for next lesson

Please message us through Messenger, LINE, Instagram DM or text on Friday before the Saturday you couldn’t book.

The reservations for Boot Camp (7:45-8:30 am) before the ZUMBA (9:00-10:00 am) are the same.

Because of the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, we restarted our ZUMBA lesson at Southport Community Centre today, Saturday the 4^th of July 2020!

Finally!!

The lesson was successful. Thank you to all our members.

Just as I thought, it’s gotta be a face-to-face lesson with a nice floor and sound system.

There are some new rules.

17 people including instructors are acceptable.

So bookings are needed for the lessons.

Please come before 9 am because we have to register at the entrance.

The entrance door is always closed and can only be opened from inside, that means, we have to stand in front of the door to open it from inside for each participant and let them in.

After the lesson starts, no one will stand at the door, so please be punctual. We can’t stop the music to let them in.
We also have to keep a distance standing on the cross tape marking on the floor like the photo.

The room in the photo and the video is PA1, not usual room PA2.

It changed from PA2 to PA1 only today because it had not been set up for social distancing. Please come to PA2 from the 11^th of July 2020.

We are sorry, but we won’t run Friday’s lessons this year.

Now we are taking advanced bookings for the 11th of July and following Saturdays.

We did Merry ZUMBA® Christmas this year too. Thanks, all our mates.

Every year, we hold lessons with Christmas costumes at Southport Community Centre on the last lesson day of the year.

Here are the changes for the lessons at Southport Community Centre.

Tuesday lesson 9:30-10:30 am at Performing Arts Room 2 is going to move to Friday 9:00-10:00 am at Performing Arts Room 1 from 2020.

We have no Friday lessons on the public holidays and during the school holidays. However Saturday’s lesson is going to run regardless of the holidays.

The last ZUMBA lesson for this year at Globe Health Club is on Friday the 20^th of December and will restart on Monday the 6^th of January 2020.

We hold Happy Halloween ZUMBA® every year, which is a party doing ZUMBA® with costumes or something to do with Halloween. It was on the 26th of October this year.

This was the 5^th time we had done so since 2015.

This year’s theme was Star Wars.

Natsuko is on our left, Stormtrooper, and I’m on our right, Darth Vader.

It was successful🎃✨

It’s been 5 weeks since I quit caffeine.

It is said that stopping taking caffeine improves our skin conditions and edema (swelling) subsides.

I feel I have got to sleep well and my skin troubles during PMS have disappeared.

Meanwhile we held Happy Halloween ZUMBA® at Southport Community Centre this year too.

This is the 4^th time we have done so since 2015.

The last lesson at Southport Community Centre for 2018 will be on Saturday the 15^th of December (Wednesday the 9^th if December for Swan Studio).
