
I run a 45 minute ZUMBA lesson with another instructor, Megumi, every Tuesday morning at Southport Community Centre.
It is good for young mothers after childbirth and people who have no confidence joining 60 minute ZUMBA lessons.

After a 45 minute ZUMBA lesson, we have a 15 minute ZUMBA KIDS JR. lesson, which is for children who have not entered preps (still in kindergarten). It’s free for all children !!

For a child, being physically active is extremely important for their health and development.
According to the World Health Organization, physical inactivity is the “fourth leading risk factor for global mortality.” Exercise is a big part of the physical activity children should receive.
Why don’t you motivate your children to exercise?
We are happy to help you and your children exercise.
